General Policy
Important: Refunds and returns are handled by individual vendors. ETA07.com is not responsible for product issues, delays, or vendor non-performance.
Vendor Responsibility
Each vendor on the ETA07 marketplace maintains their own return and refund policies. As a buyer, you should review the vendor's specific policy before making a purchase. Vendors are responsible for:
- • Processing product returns and refunds
- • Managing return shipping logistics
- • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
ETA07's Role
ETA07.com acts as a marketplace facilitator. While we cannot guarantee refunds or take responsibility for product defects, we do offer mediation services to help resolve disputes between buyers and vendors. Our mediation process is designed to be fair but is not a guarantee of refund.
Buyer Process
If you experience a problem with your purchase or services, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Vendor Directly
Reach out to the vendor directly through the ETA07 platform messaging system. Provide details about:
- • Your order number and date of purchase
- • Description of the issue or problem
- • Photos or evidence (if applicable)
- • Your desired resolution
Step 2: Allow Vendor Response Time
Allow the vendor 7 business days to respond and work toward a resolution. Most vendors aim to respond faster, but 7 business days is the standard response window.
Step 3: Escalate to ETA07 (If Needed)
If the issue remains unresolved after 7 business days or if you're unsatisfied with the vendor's response, you may escalate the case to ETA07.com for mediation. Please note:
- • Mediation is available to help facilitate resolution
- • ETA07 mediation is not a guarantee of refund
- • Outcomes are based on the circumstances and evidence provided
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded in most circumstances. These include:

Food items, beverages, and other products with limited shelf life

Completed services, consultations, or digital downloads cannot be returned
