Fraud & Misrepresentation

• • Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, business affiliation, or authority to act on behalf of others
• • Impersonating another person, business, or entity (including ETA07 staff or affiliates)

Security Violations

• • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the ETA07 system, user accounts, APIs, or backend systems
• • Circumventing or attempting to bypass access controls, authentication, or rate-limiting systems
• • Uploading or distributing malicious software, viruses, worms, spyware, or any code intended to disrupt or damage functionality

Unfair Marketplace Conduct

• • Manipulating ratings, reviews, or feedback systems, including by fake reviews or self-dealing
• • Colluding with other vendors or users to fix prices, rig listings, or distort fair competition
• • Exploiting bugs, loopholes, or automation tools to gain unfair advantage or artificially promote content

Data Misuse & Privacy Violations

• • Harvesting, scraping, or collecting personal data from the platform without consent or lawful basis
• • Sharing or selling user data in violation of our Privacy Policy or applicable laws
• • Failing to delete or return user data upon request or after termination of access

Resale & Counterfeit Prohibitions

• • Listing or selling counterfeit, stolen, pirated, or unauthorized goods or services
• • Violating third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents
• • Reselling tickets, access, or accounts in a manner prohibited by vendor terms or law

Illegal or Regulated Conduct

• • Offering health, financial, or legal services without appropriate licensure or disclosures
• • Violating export control laws, sanctions, or other trade compliance regulations

Platform Abuse

• • Interfering with the operation of the site or services, including DDoS attacks, bulk spam, or algorithm manipulation
• • Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or distributing platform code or UI/UX components without permission
• • Posting obscene, hateful, abusive, or threatening content — or engaging in targeted harassment of users or staff

Refunds and returns are handled by individual vendors. ETA07.com is not responsible for product issues, delays, or vendor non-performance.

3.2 Buyer Process

• • If unresolved, escalate to ETA07.com for mediation (not a guarantee of refund)

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

• • Services once rendered
• • Custom or made-to-order items
• • Items specifically listed by the seller as non-returnable

4.1 Shipping Times

Each vendor sets their own shipping timelines. Estimated delivery times are listed per product. ETA07.com is not responsible for shipping times or guarantees.

4.2 Delays and Lost Packages

ETA07.com is not liable for courier delays or lost packages. Buyers must coordinate with vendor and shipping provider.

4.3 Tracking

Vendors are required to provide a tracking number when shipping physical products.
